Please read through the information below and if you believe you have found a qualifying lower price, please contact our support team via email or text with the product link and supporting documentation for review.

At NRG BioLabs, we are committed to providing high quality research compounds at competitive prices. If you find the same qualifying product offered at a lower publicly advertised price by a verified competitor, we will do our best to match or beat that price, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a Low Price Guarantee review, the competing product must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The product must be identical in compound type, strength, quantity, and format.
  • The product must be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
  • The competing seller must operate a legitimate U.S.-accessible website with verifiable business information.
  • The advertised price must be publicly available and verifiable at the time of review.
  • The product must include a matching or equivalent Certificate of Analysis (COA) from a reputable third party testing laboratory.
  • The COA must reasonably verify comparable purity, identity, and testing standards.
  • The product must be from the same dosage format and vial size. For example, 10mg vs 10mg, not multiple smaller vials combined.
  • The product must not be part of a clearance sale, liquidation, auction, subscription requirement, membership pricing, private offer, coupon code, loyalty reward, or bulk purchase agreement.
  • The competitor must follow all applicable laws and industry standards related to research products.
  • The product must not be counterfeit, diluted, mislabeled, expired, or lacking proper batch documentation.

Verification Process

All Low Price Guarantee requests are subject to manual verification by our team. We reserve the right to request:

  • A direct product URL from the competitor’s website
  • A screenshot showing the active advertised price
  • Batch specific COA documentation
  • Proof of product availability
  • Additional information necessary to confirm product equivalency

NRG BioLabs reserves the sole right to determine whether a competitor’s product qualifies as substantially equivalent in quality, testing standards, and overall legitimacy.

Excluded Sellers and Offers

The Low Price Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Marketplace sellers, auction sites, or peer-to-peer platforms
  • Social media sellers or private message offers
  • International suppliers with extended shipping times or unverifiable sourcing
  • Products sold without COAs or with unverifiable testing documentation
  • Closeout, liquidation, damaged inventory, or going-out-of-business sales
  • Pricing errors, typo pricing, or temporary promotional glitches
  • Unauthorized resellers or websites with questionable business practices
  • Products that differ in purity, concentration, stability, or formulation

Final Determination

Because research compounds can vary significantly in quality, testing standards, sourcing, handling, and purity, price alone does not determine equivalency. NRG BioLabs reserves the right to deny any request where product quality, legitimacy, testing standards, or supplier reliability cannot be reasonably verified.

Additional Terms

  • Approved price matches apply only to the specific product reviewed.
  • Price match approvals cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes unless specifically authorized.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities on approved price matches.
  • The Low Price Guarantee may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
